Community rules

JeeKarda only works when customers and Yaaras can trust each other. These rules apply to everyone.

  1. 1. Be respectful

Customers and Yaaras are real people. Insults, shouting and demeaning language aren't allowed.

  2. 2. No threats or harassment

Any threat of harm, blackmail, stalking, sexual messages or hate about caste, religion, gender or region gets the message blocked and the account reviewed — and can lead to a permanent ban.

  3. 3. Keep it on JeeKarda

Don't share phone numbers, UPI IDs, emails or social handles, and never ask to pay outside the app. They are hidden automatically. Outside deals lose escrow protection, quality checks, shipping and refunds.

  4. 4. Report anything wrong

Use Report on any message or order. Yaaras who feel unsafe can tap "I feel unsafe" — our team responds first to those.

  5. 5. What happens on a breach

First a warning. Repeated contact sharing pauses the account until our team reviews it. Serious abuse leads to suspension or a ban.
