Delete your account

You can delete your JeeKarda account at any time, whether you are a customer or a Yaara.

How to delete

• Sign in, then come to this page and press "Delete my account".
• Or email support@jeekarda.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will do it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, name, email and phone.
• Saved addresses, and your details on past orders.
• Yaara application, ID photo and cluster membership.

What is kept

Order amounts and payment records are kept without your personal details, for as long as tax law requires. Messages on past orders may be kept for safety reviews.

Before you delete

You cannot delete while a payment is still held for an order, or while you have an active Yaara task.
