JeeKarda ("we") is operated by OmniCore Ventures Ltd, 403, SriSanthi Signature, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use the JeeKarda website and app as a customer or as a Yaara.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number.
- Orders: descriptions, voice notes, reference photos, measurements, destination, delivery and billing addresses.
- Payments: payment status and amounts. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see them.
- Chat messages and reports between customers, Yaaras and our team.
- Yaaras: government ID photo, area, categories, payout details, shop photos, bills, and location when checking in at a shop.
- Video calls: we create the call room; we do not record calls.
Why we use it
- To source, check, pack and ship your order.
- To verify Yaaras and keep customers and Yaaras safe.
- To take payments, hold them safely and pay out.
- To prepare customs and shipping documents.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and sharing of contact details outside the app.
Who we share it with
- Payment provider (Stripe), video call provider (Daily), hosting and database providers.
- Courier partners and customs authorities, only what is needed to ship your order.
- Yaaras see only what they need for a task — never your phone, email or address.
- We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data until you delete your account. Order and payment records are kept for the period required by tax law, with your personal details removed.
Your rights
You can view and update your details in the app, and delete your account at any time from the Delete account page. You can also ask for a copy of your data by emailing us.
Children
JeeKarda is not intended for anyone under 18.
