Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and OmniCore Ventures Ltd, 403, SriSanthi Signature, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. By using JeeKarda you accept them.
The service
JeeKarda connects customers with local Yaaras who visit shops in India, share options, and buy approved items. Our team checks quality, packs and ships the order.
Customers
- Give accurate order details, measurements and addresses.
- Approve or decline options shared by your Yaara. Prices are confirmed in a quote before you pay.
- You are responsible for import duties and taxes in your country unless the quote says otherwise.
Yaaras
- Yaaras are independent and choose which tasks to accept. Income is not guaranteed.
- Upload honest photos and real bills. Never buy items the customer has not approved.
Payments and refunds
Your payment is held safely until your order is checked. If we cannot source or ship an approved item, we refund the unused amount. Custom-made items (for example, tailored clothes) cannot be returned unless they do not match the approved details.
Prohibited items
We do not ship real gold, cash, medicines, weapons or items banned in the destination country. See the customs guidance shown on each order and our community rules.
Keeping deals on JeeKarda
Do not share contact details or pay outside the app. Accounts that do may be paused or closed.
Liability
We are responsible for the service as described in these terms, up to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Courier delays and customs decisions are outside our control.
